The Ritz’s hot chocolate is a homemade ganache made with rich Valrhona Pur Caraibe chocolate and heavy cream. It’s served “French Style” in a large bowl, not a cup. Complementing the ganache are homemade marshmallows, homemade chocolate diamants (sugar cookies) and whipped cream, each in its own bowl, with the yummy quartet served on a single tray. Children will enjoy their own special version served with whipped cream, homemade blue and pink marshmallows along with chocolate diamants. Perfect for dipping! Homemade Hot Chocolate “French-Style” is available in The Greenhouse of The Ritz-Carlton Chicago, an atrium setting offering sweeping views of the hotel’s sky lit twelfth floor lobby and beautiful holiday décor, including a grand 25-foot-tall holiday tree.
