The Fudge Bar recently opened its third
Massachusetts location in little more than a year on Hancock Street
in the heart of Quincy. The shop offers a vast array of chocolate
delights. It
features an 18-foot bar displaying up to 30 fudge
flavors, including mint Oreo, chocolate raspberry, coffee toffee
crunch and chocolate mint swirl, as well as such seasonal flavors as
pumpkin pie and cranberry walnut. As if that wasn’t enough,
adventurous fudge-a-holics can choose from a menu to create custom
fudge flavors.
Although fudge takes center stage at The Fudge Bar, there is also a
station with melted fudge ready for dipping. Customers can
dip marshmallow kabobs, pretzel rods and caramel apples and roll
them in jimmies, Heath Bar crunch, M & M’s and other toppings. A
soft serve ice cream bar features chocolate, vanilla or twist cones
and flavor burst options that add up to eight different flavors on
one
cone. In addition to fudge, there is also a Jelly Belly wall as
well as a selection of candy, gifts and gourmet goodies including
gift baskets and candy bar bouquets.
The Fudge Bar is the collaboration of husband and wife team, Steve
and Sandra Clement. The first “mini” fudge bar was opened in June
2004 at Sandra's gift shop, Beedazzled, in the seaside town of Hull.
Soon, a second location was opened at Boston's Logan International
Airport, Terminal C. Frequent flyers, pilots, and airline personnel
made it almost impossible for Steve to keep up, so he left his job
as a manager at Fed Ex to make fudge full time. Steve has found his
calling and creates not only the best tasting, creamiest fudge, but
the best looking fudge as well.

Fudge Bar will ship anywhere in the United States. For more
