The
Fourth Annual Oregon Chocolate Festival, March 7-9 in Ashland, promises to be
a weekend of heaven for chocophiles. As in previous years,
the Ashland Springs Hotel, located in the heart of downtown, will be
the event headquarters.
Featured events of the weekend:

Tastings of confections created by more
than 15 Oregon chocolatiers: chocolate bars; truffles; fudge;
and chocolate covered Oregon pears, nuts, and berries; blue
cheese chocolate truffles; and chipotle and curry spiced
chocolates.

Chocolate Makers’ Dinner. Prepared by
Executive Chef of Larks Restaurant.

Chocolate dessert and coffee pairings

Ashland Gallery Association.
