The Cocoa Bean Featuring J. Dorian Chocolatier will serve the delicacies made from premium French chocolate, for which J. Dorian is known. These include hand-made chocolate ganache-filled truffles flavored with liqueurs, port, or champagne; milk chocolate hazelnuts clusters; panned chocolate macadamia nuts and pistachio cherry bark. It will also offer dark chocolate covered espresso beans, gourmet chocolate bars and chocolate-covered treats such as chocolate covered cornflakes. “We are thrilled that the Gaylord chose to partner with us for this unique opportunity,” said J. Dorian owner and proprietor Dorian Isenberg. “When you think of the Gaylord Texan, you think of exquisite service, great style and a fun Texas twist that everyone can enjoy.
