J. Dorian Chocolatier, a Dallas-based maker of European-style gourmet chocolates, has opened of The Cocoa Bean Featuring J. Dorian Chocolatier, a new storefront at the 1,500-room Gaylord Texan Resort and Convention Center, on Lake Grapevine in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. The 460-square-foot Gaylord space is the second location in North Texas where customers can purchase J. Dorian premium chocolates.  The other site is the company’s 2,000-square-foot factory and primary retail location in Dallas.

The Cocoa Bean Featuring J. Dorian Chocolatier will serve the delicacies made from premium French chocolate, for which J. Dorian is known. These include hand-made chocolate ganache-filled truffles flavored with liqueurs, port, or champagne; milk chocolate hazelnuts clusters; panned chocolate macadamia nuts and pistachio cherry bark. It will also offer dark chocolate covered espresso beans, gourmet chocolate bars and chocolate-covered treats such as chocolate covered cornflakes.

The Cocoa Bean Featuring J. Dorian Chocolatier at the Gaylord will join of other dining locations including the Old Hickory Steakhouse and Wine Bar, Ama Lur Southwestern Cuisine, Riverwalk Cafe, Silver Bar, Texas Station, Java Coast and the Pool Bar and Grille.
