The third annual Lewisburg, West Virginia,
Chocolate Festival will take place April 18, 2009 in the city’s
235-acred historic district. The featured event is the Chocolate
Tasting Extravaganza, which
includes more than 30 tasting locations
along downtown Washington Street. . Participants
 can stroll downtown
Lewisburg and indulge in chocolate delicacies of top national
chocolate companies, regional chocolatiers and specialties of local
pastry chefs. In addition to the tasting extravaganza, there will be
a Chocolate Mousse Eating Contest and a Chocolate Bake Off. Anything goes.
Award-winning Greenbrier Resort Pastry Chef
Frederic Monti will showcase his chocolate mousse creations at a
special free demonstration held in the lobby of City National Bank.
