A Feast of Chocolate and Cheese, an event designed by Parties that Cook, is a hands-on cooking party with a professional chef who leads guests through tasting and cooking chocolate. Guests learn the language and basics of chocolate tasting and distinguishing between different cacao varietals, chocolate percentages, and chocolate makers. Then, guests cook in teams and have the opportunity to mingle, meet chefs, and enjoy the creations of their labor. Events are designed to be appropriate for guests of all cooking levels.
