Vosges: Colorful Blooms Adorn Truffles
in New Le Luxe Fleur Series

Vosges Haut-Chocolat, the Chicago-based maker of ultra-premium chocolates, celebrates the feminine beauty of spring with the first product in its new luxury series, Le Luxe Fleur.

Colorful blooms adorn exotic truffles showcased in a limited edition Lucite box. The truffles are nestled in a bed of primroses that doubles as a restorative herbal tea. The flower-infused truffles include:

  • Rose Vert: rose water, tarragon, dark chocolate topped with rose petal

  • Platanos y Orchidus: orchid vanilla, Jamaican rum, caramelized bananas, milk chocolate topped with purple orchid flower

  • Mirabelle Orange: Mirabelle plums, orange flower water, dark chocolate topped with nasturtium petal

  • Siam Citron: lemongrass, fresh coconut, jasmine tea, white chocolate topped with marigold petal

The keepsake box can be used as a jewelry box, a couture coccoa canister, a serving tray filled with crushed iced and topped with caviar on a mother of pearl shell

Vosges Haut Chocolat owner and chocolatier Katrina Markoff chooses every spice, flower and chocolate. She uses the original methods of French confectionery she learned during her training at Le Cordon Bleu in Paris.  She has worked in France, Spain, Italy, Southeast Asia, and Australia. Inspired by her global experience, Vosges truffles have exotic influences of an East-meets-West theme.

Vosges Haut-Chocolat is certified as a women’s business enterprise through the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC), the nation’s largest third party certifier of businesses owned and operated by women in the United States.
