New Product: ChocoFlakes from Panache Chocolatier

ChocoFlakes, bite-size morsels of milk or dark chocolate-covered cornflakes are the creation of Panache Chocolatier. The shop is located on Kansas City’s Country Club Plaza, a historic, upscale outdoor shopping center. Noted for its graceful fountains and distinctive Moorish architecture, the Plaza is one of the country’s first shopping centers.

ChocoFlakes join Panache’s bestselling confection, ChocoPoppo, a combination of fresh salted popcorn and milk or dark chocolate.

Chocolate lovers Sharon Hoffman and Eileen Cohen started Panache Chocolatier in 1979. Panache specializes in handmade candies that make special gifts for friends and family or business associates, such as silk roses in a solid chocolate vase, decorated baskets filled with Panache specialties, and chocolates with monograms or corporate logos.
