Dig In to Fudge!

Everyone enjoys indulging in decadent fudge once in awhile.  Is it sinful to dig straight into that chocolate with a spoon? Charssi Spoon Fudge doesn’t think so.

Charssi options, such as chocolate-cherry, chocolate-mocha, and white chocolate-peppermint crunch (with actual candy pieces), are accompanied by a little plastic spoon.  Think of it as fudge flavor, with the consistency of icing, served in a tub with its own spoon.  And it’s a no-mess indulgence—perfect!

This family-run company based in Tucson, Arizona, began in Cherie Funderburg’s kitchen, where she started making Spoon Fudge for Christmas gifts.  With her background in Web design (she and her husband co-own RedLime Web Development), it wasn’t long before the spoon fudge made its way onto the internet.  The company’s name, Charssi, comes from a nickname given to Cherie when she was a child. Charssi will soon be offering more products, such as gluten-free mixes for Cherry Brownies.

The spoon fudge comes in a two-ounce sample size, a ten-ounce, single-flavor container, and a pack of four different ten-ounce flavors.
