Hotel Chocolat,
www.hotelchocolat.com, the British cocoa grower and chocolatier offers
Hotel Chocolat's Liquid Chocolat mixers for chocolate martinis. Made with 72 percent dark chocolate, flavors include Classic, Aztec, Kiss Mix, and Chili. They are available online and at Boston area shops on Newbury Street and The Mall at Chestnut Hill.

Also available at the shops only is the Sleekster Cocktail Selection that includes a mojito, cosmopolitan, margarita, and chocolate martini encased in a delicious chocolate shell. The boxed selection is meant to be chilled before serving.

 

Ricky’s Lucky Nuts www.rickysluckynuts.com introduces a Cocoa & Vanilla Bean flavor to its snack peanut collection. The snack pairs two separately glazed peanuts, dark cocoa and vanilla bean. The cocoa peanuts are glazed with organic, fair trade cocoa sourced from sustainable growers in Peru. The snack is gluten-free and all-natural. The peanuts are dry-roasted with no added oil, which means there are zero trans-fats and cholesterol.

 

 

 

Chocolate Macaroons from Lily Bloom’s Kitchen www.lilybloomskitchen.com, a Minneapolis-based confectioner, are gluten free and made weekly from Schokinag chocolate, Gahara vanilla bean extract, and other  all-natural ingredients. The company was founded in 2009 by Larry Shiller using his mother’s recipe. Assortments include
