Chocolate from PAMA Pomegranate Liqueur and Garrison Confections


PAMA Pomegranate Liqueur and Garrison Confections have teamed to create PAMA-infused chocolates. Each chocolate bonbon is hand-crafted by master pastry chef and chocolatier Andrew Shotts, who was named Hottest Chocolatier in America at the 2008 South Beach Wine and Food. He has been recognized in Food & Wine, New York Magazine, USA Today, and The New York Times.

The collection includes

  • PAMA Tart is a layered chocolate ganache with a graham cracker crust laced with pomegranate flavor.
  • PAMA Cosmo is a twist on the classic drink, pairing premium vodka with fresh, lime juice.
  • Nutty PAMA is a blend of roasted nut and the slight acid of pomegranate.
