The Festival of Chocolate www.festivalofchocolate.com, the largest all-chocolate event in the Southeast, will be held at the Palm Beach County Convention and include demonstrations, chocolate and wine pairings; hands-on classes for the home chef; a one-of-a-kind chocolate museum; Kids-4-Chocolate workshop , chocolate game show stage, live professional chocolate showpiece and cake decorating competitions by professional pastry chefs,and a showcase of local vendors

Four Extreme Chocolate Workshops http://www.ritzparis.com at the Ritz Paris. Four half-day sessions for gourmets and curious amateurs will be held November 27, and December 11. The course is designed by Michael Roth, Ritz Executive Chef and Gilles Marchal, Creative Director of La Maison du Chocolat.
