Glendale Chocolate Affaire

Feb. 4-6, 2011, Glendale, AZ. Chocolate Affaire in historic downtown celebrates chocolate, romance, and the arts. Chocolate creations range from chocolate mole barbecue and deep-fried chocolate ice cream to chocolate bacon candy bars and chocolate cheesecake cones. One of the festival sponsors is Cerrita’s Candy Company. The candy factory will offer tours all weekend. The festival has become the largest gathering of national romance novelists in the Southwest. Horse-drawn carriage rides will be available throughout the weekend to take couples or families on a through the historic Catlin Court district.

The Glendale Chocolate Affaire was named one of the Top 100 Events in North America by the Washington Post, the Seattle Times and the American Bus Association. Other sponsor include Kokopelli Winery, 3-TV KTVK, The Arizona Republic, YooHoo, KMLE, KOOL and JAMZ.
