Chocolate Covered Strawberry |

Make your favorite rich hot chocolate and refrigerate until chilled. To make the Strawberry Whipped Cream, puree strawberries (about 6, or to taste) to a smooth consistency. Whip a three parts heavy whipping cream and two parts half and half until a texture becomes light and fluffy. Add the strawberries along with a small amount of sugar to the cream, mix, and place mixture into a pastry bag. Combine ice, vodka and chilled chocolate to a martini shaker. Shake hard, and then strain into a martini glass. Pipe a thin layer of the Strawberry Whipped Cream over the martini to cover. Garnish with one fresh strawberry.
