Chocolate Martinis



 
 


Funkin Liquid Chocolate from Funkin Puree, a popular ingredient with UK bartenders, is the featured ingredient in two chocolate martinis.

Mexican Hot Chocolate Martini
Created by Jeret Pena, Partida's Bartender Ambassador in San Antonio.

Chocolate syrup swirling up to the lip of the glass
Chocolate syrup rimming the glass
Cinnamon the rim in a shaker tin
Equal parts Reposado Tequila, 1921 Crema de Tequila,
     Godiva dark
Funkin Liquid Chocolate, creme de cocoa
A pinch or two of chili powder, depending on taste

Garnish with a cinnamon stick.

 

Black Star Liner Martini
Created by Gilles Bensabeur, National Ambassador for Funkin Puree.

1 oz of Partida Blanco Tequila
1/2 oz of coffee liqueur
1/2 oz of Funkin Liquid Chocolate
1/2 oz of freshly made espresso
1 Teaspoons of Agave syrup

Shake all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker and then strain
into the glass. Add a few whole espresso beans and float chocolate shavings on
top.
