Mexican Hot Chocolate Martini

Chocolate
syrup swirling up to the lip of the glass
Chocolate syrup rimming the glass
Cinnamon the rim in a shaker tin
Equal parts Reposado Tequila, 1921 Crema de Tequila,
Godiva dark
Funkin Liquid Chocolate, creme de cocoa
A pinch or two of chili powder, depending on taste
Garnish with a cinnamon stick.
Black Star Liner Martini
Created by Gilles Bensabeur,
National Ambassador for Funkin Puree.
1 oz of Partida Blanco Tequila
1/2 oz of coffee liqueur
1/2 oz of Funkin Liquid Chocolate
1/2 oz of freshly made espresso
1 Teaspoons of Agave syrup
Shake all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker
and then strain
into the glass. Add a few whole espresso beans and float chocolate
shavings on
top.
