Vic & Angelo’s is a new concept restaurant located in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida within PGA Commons (three separate outdoor retail centers featuring award-winning restaurants, unique shops and boutiques, and sculpture art garden), opened in October. The restaurant is the gastronomic brainchild of David Manero. It features authentic Neapolitan coal oven pizza, homemade pasta.

The Affagato, with its enticing whisper of chocolate, is a featured drink.

Affagato

4 oz. vanilla bean gelato (found in any specialty food market)
1 shot of Italian espresso
1 candied orange peel
5 espresso chocolate beans

In a chilled martini glass or espresso cup, add large scoop of vanilla bean gelato. Top with just made espresso, candied orange peel and espresso chocolate beans.
