Warm Luscious Cocktails



 
 

 

Chocolate Cheer

1/2 ounce Tequila Don Julio Anejo
1 ounce Grand Marnier
3 ounces hot chocolate
Layer of fresh cream

Mix Don Julio Anejo, Grand Marnier and hot chocolate in a cocktail shaker. Pour contents info an Irish coffee or small wine glass. Layer 1/2 inch of hand whipped cream over the top.

 

 

Spiked Cocoa

1 cup milk
1 tsp. hot chocolate mix
1 tsp. coffee creamer
1 tsp. Maker’s Mark Kentucky Bourbon

For each person, heat a cup of milk to steaming. Remove from heat before bubbles begin to form around edge of saucepan. Into cup or mug, measure chocolate mix, coffee creamer and bourbon. Add hot milk; stir until well mixed.

 

Oaxaca Chakas

2 parts Milagro SBR Anejo
0.75 parts Agave nectar
1 parts heavy whipping cream
2 parts Milk
1 scoop Oaxacan chocolate powder

Mix all ingredients in a pot and heat until boiling. Serve in a coffee cup and top with freshly whipped cream.

 
Snowcap

Served at Celsius Restaurant at Citi Pond at Bryant Park, New York

1 oz Kahlua Mocha liqueur
1 oz Absolut Vanilla vodka
Hot chocolate to taste
Whipped cream

Combine all ingredients in a warmed mug and top with whipped cream. Serve hot.
