Pour Lazzaroni Amaretto over ice in a large cocktail glass to chill and flavor glass. In a cocktail shaker add two parts Stolichnaya Vanilla Vodka and one part Godiva Original Liqueur. Pour the amaretto and ice from the cocktail glass into the shaker. Shake vigorously and strain into cocktail glass. Gently pour small amount of Canton Ginger Liqueur down side of glass so that cocktail surface is clear of foam. Shave small amount of dark chocolate onto surface and serve.
