Garnish: drizzle chocolate syrup, dash cinnamon, dash chocolate powder Swirl chocolate syrup inside the bottom of a martini glass. Fill a martini shaker with ice, add a dash of cinnamon. Add Godiva Chocolate Liqueur, Absolute Vanilla, half & half, Creme de Cacao Dark and dash Cinnamon. Shake vigorously. Pour into a martini glass and garnish with chocolate powder. Cuvee’s Steamy Lovers Espresso Mousse
In a small saucepan over medium high heat, bring milk to the steaming point, just until the milk starts to stick to the sides. Remove from heat and set aside. In a blender, add chocolate chips, egg, sugar, salt and espresso. Blend ingredients on low while slowly adding hot milk. Blend one more minute until mixture is smooth. Pour mixture into six demitasse cups or small bowls. Refrigerate at least two hours or overnight. Top with whipped cream and chocolate shavings to serve.
