Irresistible Chocolate Cocktails



 
 


Cinnamon Chocolatini

Served at BRIO Tuscan Grille in The Village at Gulfstream Park, Hallandale Beach, FL

¾ oz. Godiva Chocolate Liqueur
1 ¼ oz. Absolut Vanilla
1 oz. half & half
½ oz. Creme de Cacao Dark
1 dash cinnamon

Garnish: drizzle chocolate syrup, dash cinnamon, dash chocolate powder

Swirl chocolate syrup inside the bottom of a martini glass. Fill a martini shaker with ice, add a dash of cinnamon. Add Godiva Chocolate Liqueur, Absolute Vanilla, half & half, Creme de Cacao Dark and dash Cinnamon. Shake vigorously. Pour into a martini glass and garnish with chocolate powder.

 

Chocolate Kiss Martini
Served at Hoosier Park, Indianapolis, IN

1 ½ oz of Godiva Vodka
1 oz of Godiva Chocolate Liquor
3 oz of heavy cream
1 oz of chocolate syrup

 

 

 

 

Temptation
Served at Tabu Ultra Lounge, LasVegas

1 oz. Kai Lychee Vodka
1 oz. Godiva White Chocolate Liquor
1 oz. Godiva Dark Chocolate Liquor
¼ oz. splash of cream

Pour into a seductively swirled glass.

 

 

 

Cuvee’s Steamy Lovers Espresso Mousse
Yields 6 servings

2/3 cup steaming hot milk
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips (use higher quality chocolate for best results)
1 egg (or ¼ cup egg substitute)
2 tablespoons sugar
Pinch of salt
1 ounce espresso
Whipped cream
Chocolate shavings

In a small saucepan over medium high heat, bring milk to the steaming point, just until the milk starts to stick to the sides. Remove from heat and set aside. In a blender, add chocolate chips, egg, sugar, salt and espresso. Blend ingredients on low while slowly adding hot milk. Blend one more minute until mixture is smooth. Pour mixture into six demitasse cups or small bowls. Refrigerate at least two hours or overnight. Top with whipped cream and chocolate shavings to serve.

 

The Hornitos Hot Shotty

1 part Hornitos Plata Tequila
4 parts hot chocolate (package mix or homemade)
Top with whipped cream
Dash of chili powder
