Ice Cream Shooters

These sophisticated little smoothies make a fun, personalized dessert for a dinner party. Blend them in batches using the liqueur each guest prefers—Kahlua, Bailey’s Irish Cream, Frangelico, or liqueur. Scharffenberger’s Dark Chocolate Ice Cream is is recommended. For a rich touch, float a layer of liqueur or heavy cream on top of each smoothie. For a completely different smoothie, use vanilla ice cream with chocolate liqueur.

Combine 1 cup of ice cream with ¼ cup liqueur in a blender. Blend until smooth, pour into shot glasses, and serve immediately.

Makes 10 to 12 Shooters
