"Over 21" Smores Cocoa and S’mores Martini

These two drinks, featuring chocolate vodka, are for grown-ups.

"Over 21" Smores Cocoa

This one will want to make you snuggle up to the fire.

1 oz Three Olives Chocolate Vodka
1 oz Monin Toasted Marshmallow Syrup

6 oz hot cocoa

Garnish: whipped cream, swirl of chocolate sauce, sprinkle of graham cracker crumbs and three tiny marshmallows

Measure vodka and syrup into a glass coffee cup. Fill with hot cocoa. Add whipped cream, swirl chocolate sauce on top of the whipped cream. Sprinkle with graham cracker crumbs and place three tiny marshmallows on top.

For a holiday variation sprinkle with coarse red and green sugar instead of the graham cracker crumbs.

S’mores Martini

1 1/2 oz 3 Olives Chocolate Vodka
1 teaspoon Monin Chocolate sauce
1 oz Monin Toasted Marshmallow Syrup
(available at www.monin.com)

Garnish: ground-graham-cracker-rimmed glass and big marshmallow & chocolate stick.

Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Measure in vodka, chocolate sauce and syrup. Cap and shake vigorously. Strain into graham-cracker-crumb-rimmed martini glass. Garnish with marshmallow skewered with a chocolate stick.
