Start planning early for a romantic Valentine’s Day dinner on Monday, Feb. 14, at the Hilton Waterfront Beach Resort in Huntington Beach. The meal, prepared by Chef Jeff Littlefield, in the award-winning Palm Court Restaurant, begins with savory Maryland crab cakes with shaved fennel and lobster sauce, followed by choice of Cedar Plank Roasted Atlantic Salmon, Pan Seared New York Steak or Chicken Breast with Wild Mushroom Risotto and Thyme Scented Natural Juices.

This culinary journey culminates with a trip for two through the Hilton’s Decadent Chocolate Buffet. The buffet is set up outdoors on the ocean-view patio under a white canopy. From the Palm Court dining room, follow a path of rose petals to a tier of incredible chocolate edibles framed by tea candles and roses. The tempting desserts include warm chocolate ganache cake with blackberry glaze, dark chocolate fudge brownies, chocolate cream puffs, tuxedo strawberries, white chocolate and mango tartlets, German chocolate cake with fresh coconut shavings and chocolate mousse cake.

The cost for this four-course feast is $165.00 per couple. Reservations are required.

The Valentine Romance Package offers a setting of sweeping ocean vistas. The special evening begins with complimentary champagne or sparkling cider upon arrival. Then couples can relax and freshen up and relax in deluxe accommodations. This special offer also includes a full American breakfast the following morning. Available for $279.00.
