Raspberry Chocolate Bliss

1 cup raw powdered organic cacao
½ cup raw coconut butter
½ cup raw yacon root syrup or raw honey
1 packet stevia (optional)
½ cup raw cashews, chopped
½ cup raw almonds, chopped
½ to 1 cup flash frozen raspberries
A little pure water to make it creamier, if necessary
Mix in a food
processor (using the “S” blade) everything but nuts and
berries till creamy. Add nuts and berries and blend, but not
so well that you can’t see the bits of nuts. Pour into
miniature cupcake papers, store in a sealed container and
keep in the freezer. Eat fresh from the freezer, as it
tastes better hard.
