Fondue and Cocktails
Chocolate Covered Raspberry Cocktail
2 oz. Finlandia Vodka
½ oz. Chambord Black Raspberry Liqueur
1 oz. white crème de cacao
1 oz. heavy cream
Shake the first three ingredients vigorously with ice and
strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Float cream on top by
pouring over back of spoon. Garnish with chocolate shavings.
2 tablespoons sugar
1 cup heavy cream
8 ounces chopped bittersweet chocolate
1 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon Chambord Black Raspberry Liqueur
For dipping: pound cake cubes, strawberries,
marshmallows, biscotti bits, coconut macaroons.
In a double boiler melt the chocolate and butter. Add the
sugar and heavy cream, mix until combined. Add Chambord and
whisk until combined. Pour into fondue pot. Serves 6.
