Hassle-free Cheesecake Truffles
Makes 40 truffles
Ingredients
1 container of Sara Lee Cheesecake Bites
2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chip morsels
1/4 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup cocoa powder, unsweetened
1. Heat the morsels and heavy cream in microwave safe bowl
at medium-high power for 1 minute. Stir continuously until
morsels and cream are incorporated and chocolate is melted
and creamy.
2. Remove cheesecake bites from freezer and using small
tongs; carefully dip the bites into melted chocolate.
3. Place dipped bites onto a parchment lined cookie sheet.
4. Dust each truffle with the cocoa powder using a sifter or
flour shaker.
5. Return to freezer to set at least one hour before
serving.
