Organic Chocolate Martini

Leftover melted chocolate from chocolate fondue recipe
Martini shaker
Martini glasses
Vodka
Creme de Cocoa
Vanilla liquor
Coffee liquor
Fresh chocolate mint leaves

Using the leftover chocolate from the Chocolate Fondue recipe, dip your martini glass in and create a chocolate rim. Then drizzle a light line of chocolate in the interior of the glass using a spatula. Place in freezer for at least 5 minutes.

Pack ice into a martini shaker. Add 2 parts vodka, 1 part creme de cocoa and 1 part vanilla liquor. Shake until it’s extremely cold (or until you can hardly handle it anymore!). Tiny ice crystals will form, giving the martini an icy texture.

Pour into a martini glass, then add a splash of coffee liquor for color and garnish with a fresh chocolate mint leaf.
