Signature Recipes
This recipe was created by Abby Egley, Executive Chef of
Wildfish Seafood Grille, Newport Beach, CA. Egley is a
graduate of Scottsdale Culinary Institute and Ball State
University with a degree in foodservice management.
"I love working with food as an artful medium; there's
such a variety of colors, textures and shapes with which I
can be creative," she says. "The fun is in continuously
crafting something amazing to devour with your senses
through aromas, colors, and my favorite…tastes!" Like this
sublimely rich but simple chocolate cake.
