Signature Desserts

This rich martini was created by mixologist Maria Santos of Touch Restaurant and Lounge in Miami. The former equities trader and spokesperson for Stuff magazine says she thought of this cocktail while enjoying Valentine candy. “My inspiration came from the Godiva white chocolate with the raspberry filling—my favorite!”

Raspberry White Chocolate Martini

2 oz raspberry vodka
2 oz creme de cocao
Splash of cream
2 teaspoon sugar

Shake over ice. Decorate martini glass with chocolate syrup. Garnish with a chocolate covered strawberry.
