Romantic Chocolate Cocktails courtesy of Baileys Irish Cream.


BAILEYS CHOCOLATINI

2 oz. Baileys Irish Cream
0.25 oz. vodka
0.25 oz. chocolate liqueur
3 raspberries

Add Baileys Irish Cream, vodka, and chocolate liqueur. Shake with ice and strain into martini glass. Garnish with raspberries.

 


BAILEYS AFTER DARK

2 oz. Baileys Irish Cream
1 oz. Godiva Cappuccino liqueur
2 scoops mint ice cream
1 splash cream
1 cherry

Add Baileys Irish Cream, cappuccino liqueur, mint ice cream or ice, and cream. Blend and serve in hurricane glass. Garnish with cherry.
