White Chocolate Macadamia Cookies

A mix of macadamia nuts and white chocolate is an irresistible flavor combination. Sunspire White Chocolate Chips and creamy Maranatha Macadamia Butter are used to produce this rich, luscious cookie.

1 (8 oz.) jar Maranatha Macadamia Butter
½ cup (packed) light brown sugar
¾ cup sugar
1 large egg
1 ½ tsp. vanilla

1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
½ tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
½ cup Sunspire White Chocolate Chips
¼ cup finely chopped macadamia nuts or unsweetened coconut flakes (optional)

  1. Preheat oven to 350º. Grease or line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. Combine flour, baking soda and salt. Set aside. In another mixing bowl, combine macadamia butter and sugars until light and fluffy. Add the vanilla and egg then mix until well combined. Slowly add the flour mixture just until all wet and dry ingredients combine. Add in baking chips and mix.
  3. Scoop 2 tsp. of dough and place on the cookie sheet. Leave about 1 inch between each cookie.
  4. Bake for 9 to 11 minutes, depending on whether you desire a soft or crisp cookie.

Yield: 2 to 3 dozen
